Premier league prediction 19/20 season

This blog will see me predict the final premier league table and give a few details about each club.

20th: Sheffield United
Manager: Chris Wilder
Key Players: Billy Sharp, Enda Stevens, Dean Henderson
Star Signing: Mo Bešić
One to watch: Ravel Morrison (how will he find life back in the big time, could be his last opportunity)

19th: Brighton and Hove Albion
Manager: Graham Potter
Key Players: Lewis Dunk, Matt Ryan, Glenn Murray
Star Signing: Aaron Mooy
One to watch: Yves Bissouma (may feature more under new management this term, expect big things from the combative central midfielder)

18th: Newcastle United
Manager: Steve Bruce
Key Players: Fabian Schär, Miguel Almirón, Martin Dúbravka
Star Signing: Joelinton
One to watch: Andy Carroll (his return to St.James’ Park is highly anticipated)

17th: Crystal Palace
Manager: Roy Hodgson
Key Players: Wilfried Zaha, Max Meyer, James McCarthy
Star Signing: Victor Camarasa
One to watch: Wilfried Zaha (wanted to leave this summer, will be interesting to see how he performs in what is almost certain to be his final season at palace)

16th: Norwich City

Star Signing: Ibrahim Amadou
One to watch: Max Aarons & Jamal Lewis (the young fullback duo will be looking to light up the premier league and may be subject to offers come January)

15th: Aston Villa

Key Players: Jack Grealish, John McGinn, Tyrone Mings
Star Signing: Tyrone Mings
One to watch: Jota (new Signing from fierce rivals Birmingham, Jota may provide extra creativity when Grealish is marked out of games)

14th: Burnley

One to watch: Dwight McNeil (impressive in his debut season, Burnley fans will be eager to see if McNeil can push on even further)

13th: Southampton

One to watch: Yann Valery (looked very good in his debut season, the Frenchmen could nail down the rb/rwb spot for many years to come)

12th: A.F.C Bournemouth

Key Players: Callum Wilson, Nathan Ake, Ryan Fraser
Star Signing: Phillip Billing
One to watch: Harry Wilson (a great season at Derby has seen Wilson get a premier league loan move, with Brooks out for a substantial period, will he be able to make the impact required?)

11th : Watford

Key Players: Troy Deeney, Gerard Deulofeu, Abdoulaye Doucoure
Star Signing: Ismaila Sarr
One to watch: Ismaila Sarr (Watford’s record Signing will look to add more flair to there already impressive attack)

10th : West Ham United

Key Players: Felipe Anderson, Declan Rice, Issa Diop

One to watch: Pablo Fornals (the Spanish playmaker will be crucial for the irons in his debut season in England)

9th: Wolverhampton Wanderers

Key Players: Raul Jimenez, Diogo Jota, Ruben Neves

One to watch: Morgan Gibbs-White (another break through star last season, with Wolves selling players to push him higher up the pecking order, will he deliver?)

8th: Everton

Key Players: Richarlison, Lucas Digne, Gylfi Sigurðsson
Star Signing: Moise Kean
One to watch: Alex Iwobi (big money move from Arsenal, will he be able to be the catalyst for Everton’s top 6 push)

7th: Leicester City

One to watch: Ben Chilwell (a big season for the England international as this could be the season he clinches a move to one of the big 6)

6th: Chelsea

Key Players: N’golo Kante, Jorginho, Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Star Signing: Mateo Kovacic
One to watch: Reece James (with Chelsea’s transfer ban some of youngsters may see large chunks of game time and the most impressive last season was the young RB. Will he be able to dislodge captain Cesar Azpilicueta from the starting XI?)

5th: Manchester United

Key Players: Paul Pogba, David De Gea, Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Star Signing: Harry Maguire
One to watch: Mason Greenwood (with the sale of Lukaku, this could be the season for Mason Greenwood who made his debut in Paris last season)

4th: Arsenal
Manager: Unai Emery
Key Players: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Bernd Leno, Nicolas Pepe
Star Signing: Nicolas Pepe
One to watch: Matteo Guendouzi (a decent first season for the French, expect his performances to rise this season as he looks to nail down a permanent first team spot)

3rd: Tottenham Hotspur

Star Signing: Tanguy Ndombele
One to watch: Kyle Walker-Peters (with the sale of Trippier, this could be the chance for KWP to establish himself as a regular first teamer)

2nd: Liverpool

Key Players: Mohammed Salah, Sadio Mane, Virgil Van Dijk

One to watch: Naby Keita (a big money move from RB Leipzig, Keita endured a difficult first season at Anfield, however I expect him to nail down a starting spot this season)

One to watch: John Stones (with Vincent Kompany gone, this is the season for John Stones to make himself one of the first names on the team sheet)
